I first got qualified to become a CPT in 2014. Since then, I’ve worked in multiple gym environments helping over hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. With over 10 years experience I structure my training programs with an evidence based approach, for the most part. My goal is to get my client to their fitness goals while educating them on how to sustain the long term results.
